Dorcas L. Grubaugh

Mrs. Grubaugh is an associate of the Law Firm and has 10 years of experience in preparation of wills and other estate planning documents, as well as in probate administration proceedings. Mrs. Grubaugh has a Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law and can provide clients with services in elder law matters, including drafting trusts and assisting clients to develop estate plans. Her practice also includes advising clients on the formation of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships, and their related business organization documents. Further Mrs. Grubaugh has extensive experience in transactional matters such as health care contracts and commercial loan documentation.
