Neal W. Adams

Mr. Adams is one of the three founding principals of the Law Firm and has 50 years of experience in a wide range of complex business and commercial transactions. Mr. Adams has a complex public school law practice of 33 years representing school superintendents of the State of Texas in their employment matters with public school districts as General Counsel for the Texas Association of School Administrators. Mr. Adams also has extensive experience in representing university and college presidents of public and private institutions.

Mr. Adams also has a very extensive practice in health care law having represented the third largest public hospital (Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a John Peter Smith Hospital) for 20 years with the past 13 years as General Counsel for the District.

Mr. Adams has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate and lending practice that includes real estate projects throughout the U.S. His litigation experience in such matters includes condemnation, administrative hearings, professional licensing, ad valorem taxes, title, business entity, ownership and land use. His clients include lending institutions, corporations, developers, investors, cities, schools, hospital and religious organizations.

Mr. Adams has extensive experience in all aspects of both state and federal civil litigation in the areas of real estate, employment law (both public and private and both employer and employee) and health care matters.

Mr. Adams holds an A.V. rating, which is the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell for both legal ability and ethical standards.
