Allan S. Graves
Primary Practice
Mr. Graves has practiced in the field of health care law since being licensed in December of 2000. He has represented several health care systems and multiple physicians and physician practices, most notably serving as Associate General Counsel to the Tarrant County Hospital District, d/b/a JPS Health Network since 2001, a role that he continues in currently. Mr. Graves has practiced health care law as a member of the Civil Division of the Office of the Criminal District Attorney of Tarrant County, Texas and as a member the law firm of Adams, Lynch & Loftin, P.C. Mr. Graves is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Graves’ other primary field of practice is in education law. In conjunction with this firm’s role as General Counsel to the Texas Association of School Administrators (“TASA”), Mr. Graves represents school administrators (primarily school superintendents) in all aspects of education and employment law. Mr. Graves is currently on the Executive Council for the School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the planning committee for the UT School of Law School Law Conference, and has just finished serving several years as the co- editor of the School Law Section of the State Bar of Texas Newsletter.
