John T. Lynch, IV

Mr. Lynch is one of the three founding principals of the Law Firm and has 30 years of experience in a wide range of complex business and commercial transactions. Based on his 8 years of experience as a licensed professional engineer and land surveyor prior to law school, he has developed extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real and personal property acquisition, leasing, sale, development, construction and finance. Mr. Lynch has a sophisticated real estate and lending practice that includes real estate projects throughout the U.S. His litigation experience in such matters includes condemnation, administrative hearings, bankruptcy and disputes involving professional licensing, ad valorem taxes, title, business entity, ownership and land use. His clients include lending institutions, corporations, developers, investors, cities, schools and religious organizations.

Mr. Lynch has extensive experience in all aspects of the creation, purchase, sale, merger and reorganization of business entities. He has been general counsel to a number of for profit and non-profit entities in all aspects of organization, ownership and operation, and has handled numerous complex commercial transactions and disputes involving large and medium sized business entities in various states.

Having represented a number of churches and religious organizations for decades, he has an understanding of their unique needs and has extensive experience with legal issues affecting their operations and transactions.

Mr. Lynch holds an A.V. rating, which is the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell for both legal ability and ethical standards.
