Richard E. Hill
Mr. Hill is a shareholder of the Law Firm and has been a member of the Law Firm since 2004. Prior to that Mr. Hill operated a solo law practice for 16 years. During his 42 years of practicing law in Tarrant County, Texas Mr. Hill has developed a wide range of experience representing clients on public education contractual and employment law matters, administrative law issues, healthcare law, individual and institutional contract formation and dissolution, oil and gas law, and real estate law. Mr. Hill also has extensive legal experience in the areas of commercial litigation, collections and bankruptcy, wills and estates, probate, mergers and acquisitions, and business and corporate law. His clients include profit and non-profit entities, corporations, developers, lending institutions, manufacturers, public school employees, governmental entities, and religious organizations.
Mr. Hill holds an A.V. Preeminent rating, which is the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell for both legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Hill is a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a Fellow of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation.
