Stacy B. Loftin
Mr. Loftin is one of the three founding principals of the law firm. He has over 30 years experience representing creditors in the fields of banking, creditor’s rights, loan restructuring, bankruptcy, real estate and agriculture.
Mr. Loftin has extensive experience advising and representing banks, lenders, other financial institutions, leasing companies, and businesses in all aspects of lending, creditor’s rights, collections, real and personal property foreclosures, loan workouts and negotiations, and bankruptcy. This representation includes commercial and consumer litigation in State, Federal and the Bankruptcy Courts. He has extensive experience advising and representing various agriculture entities, including agriculture lenders, cooperatives and private businesses in a wide variety of areas.
Mr. Loftin holds the A.V. rating which is the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell for both legal ability and ethical standards. He is a former Director of the Agricultural Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
